Benign. The speckit skill is a documentation/template-driven design aid that converts natural language feature descriptions into executable specifications, implementation plans, and task lists. It does not request credentials, install unknown binaries, perform network calls, or access sensitive files. Its footprint is coherent with a tooling/documentation helper intended to guide specification-driven development.
