Purpose and capabilities mostly align: this is an orchestration skill for coding-agent CLIs. It is not clearly malicious, but it is high risk because it combines external agents, shell execution, untrusted PR/repo content, and autonomous actions such as push/comment/PR creation, especially when using `--yolo` or `--full-auto`.
