• Potentially malicious external URL detected (high risk: 0.70). The .pre-commit-config.yaml lists external hook repositories (e.g. https://github.com/pre-commit/pre-commit-hooks) that the pre-commit tool will fetch at install/run time and execute as hook code, so these URLs point to required remote code executed during runtime.
