This script is a legitimate chaos engineering tool designed to intentionally disrupt network traffic in a region by creating DENY NACL entries (AWS mode) or by requiring manual blocking (generic mode). It contains high-impact destructive operations but no evidence of covert malicious behavior (no obfuscation, no exfiltration to unknown hosts, no credential harvesting). The primary risk is operational: if run unintentionally or with insufficient safeguards it can cause real outages and may fail to fully restore if state is lost. Treat this as dangerous-but-intentional infrastructure-disruption code rather than malware.
