The skill contains runtime code that calls huggingface_hub.hf_hub_download to fetch model files from the Hugging Face repo (hexgrad/Kokoro-82M-ONNX — e.g. https://huggingface.co/hexgrad/Kokoro-82M-ONNX) which the Kokoro ONNX engine requires and will load/execute for TTS inference, so remote content directly controls model behavior at runtime.
