Executing Plans

Restate the plan scope and acceptance criteria. Execute steps in dependency order. After each step, verify behavior and record evidence. Update status continuously: pending, in-progress, completed. Escalate blockers early with options and tradeoffs. Finish with a concise change summary and validation results.
