The skill requires connecting to the MCP endpoint https://rube.app/mcp at runtime (via RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS, RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS and RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL), and those runtime RPCs return tool schemas and trigger remote tool execution which can directly control agent instructions and execute remote actions.
