The skill requires connecting at runtime to the MCP endpoint https://rube.app/mcp, and that remote service provides tool schemas, "recommended execution plans" and is used via RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL / RUBE_REMOTE_WORKBENCH to execute remote tools/code which directly control runtime behavior.
