Red Team Tools and Methodology

This skill is a legitimate and coherent compilation of red-team/bug-bounty reconnaissance methodologies and tooling. It does not contain obfuscated code, hardcoded secrets, or obvious backdoors, nor does it route credentials or data to attacker-controlled endpoints. However, it is high-risk because it documents and automates active offensive actions (scanning, fuzzing, payload injection) and recommends proxy rotation and use of many powerful tools. Use of this skill requires authorized scope and operational controls; it is dual-use rather than malicious by intent.
