The skill configures an Expo OTA updates URL (https://u.expo.dev/${process.env.EAS_PROJECT_ID}) which the runtime update logic (Updates.checkForUpdateAsync / Updates.fetchUpdateAsync) can fetch to download and execute remote JavaScript bundles, i.e. remote code execution at runtime.
