• Attempt to modify system services in skill instructions detected (high risk: 0.90). The runbook template includes explicit privileged and state-changing commands (e.g. sudo logrotate on /etc/logrotate.d, find ... -delete, kubectl apply/scale/rollout undo, psql VACUUM/REINDEX) that instruct running operations which modify system or production state and require elevated privileges.
