MEDIUM W013: Attempt to modify system services in skill instructions.

• Attempt to modify system services in skill instructions detected (high risk: 0.90). The skill actively creates and modifies files (including executable hooks), writes/merges user-level config (~/.claude/settings.json → .claude/settings.local.json) which can escalate agent permissions, and performs symlink, git, and external-API actions that change the host state—so it poses a high risk of compromising the machine's state.
