• Potentially malicious external URL detected (high risk: 0.80). The k8s ConfigMap (copilot-mcp.json) sets the command "npx -y @modelcontextprotocol/server-github", which at runtime will fetch and execute a remote npm package (e.g. from https://registry.npmjs.org/@modelcontextprotocol/server-github), thus executing external code that can influence the agent's behavior.
