The skill uses a runtime remote WebDriver endpoint (https://hub.lambdatest.com/wd/hub via ${REMOTE_URL}) which is invoked during test execution and causes remote execution of browser sessions on LambdaTest, so it is a runtime external dependency that executes remote code.
