The health-check fragment is coherent and safe, operating exclusively on local Claude Code configuration artifacts to produce a structured diagnostic report. It appropriately flags misconfigurations while avoiding data exfiltration or remote execution. With minor enhancements (explicit remediation mapping for WARN/ERROR states and stricter handling of orphaned plugins), it remains a solid, low-risk diagnostic tool.
