It provides a CLI-backed mechanism to list and run specific connector actions (membrane action run ...) and to proxy arbitrary authenticated HTTP requests (POST/PUT/DELETE) to the Enable Banking API. Those capabilities are explicitly designed to interact with banking/payment endpoints (including creating transactions or payments), not generic browser automation or a general HTTP caller.
