The skill integrates Flinks, a financial data aggregation / banking API, and exposes explicit actions for accounts, balances, transactions, reports and login via the Membrane CLI. It also allows proxying arbitrary requests to Flinks endpoints (GET/POST/PUT/DELETE) with authenticated credentials managed by Membrane. This is a specific banking API integration (not a generic browser or HTTP tool) and therefore meets the "Banking APIs" criterion for direct financial execution authority.
