• Direct money access detected (high risk: 1.00). The skill is an integration for Insperity Premier, an HCM platform that explicitly includes payroll/paycheck functionality ("Employee -> Paycheck"). The Membrane CLI instructions show how to run actions and proxy arbitrary API requests (including POST/PUT/DELETE) against the Insperity API with authenticated connections. Because the skill is specifically targeted at a payroll/HCM system and provides mechanisms to execute authenticated API actions (not just generic browsing), it can be used to initiate payroll-related transactions and therefore grants direct financial execution capability.
