SUSPICIOUS: the skill's install path is relatively normal for a CLI, but its actual integration model is not a direct Neon integration. It relies on Membrane as a third-party control plane for authentication, action generation, and data access, so credentials and Neon data flow through an intermediary service. This is a coherent fit for a Membrane-published skill, but it creates medium security risk and is less trustworthy than direct use of Neon official APIs.
