KPI Dashboard Design

2. SMART KPIs

  • Specific: Clear definition.

Best Practices

  • Do: Limit to 5-7 KPIs per view. Use consistent status colors (Red/Green).
  • Don't: Use vanity metrics. Use 3D charts. Overcrowd the UI.
