The skill's CI/Docker examples fetch and install a remote tool with "go install github.com/modu-ai/moai-adk/cmd/moai@latest" and then run the installed moai/claude commands (moai init, moai/claude -p "/moai:loop"), so external code from that GitHub module is fetched at runtime, executed locally, and drives the agent's loop/prompt behavior.
