The skill is explicitly a crypto bridge flow: it requests chain IDs, token addresses, amount, user and recipient addresses, slippage and fee config, and returns a quote and a signable transaction and optional RPC simulation. Its primary purpose is building (and preparing for) crypto transfer/bridge transactions.
