The skill is coherently aligned with its stated purpose: transforming PRD and specs into an actionable PLAN.md with structured phases and tasks. It uses standard, locally-scoped inputs/outputs and does not introduce credential, exfiltration, or arbitrary-install risks. A couple of minor UX/automation assumptions ( Typora opening, optional subagent review ) should be clarified for headless environments, but do not constitute security threats. Overall, the footprint is benign and proportionate to its goal as a planning automation tool.
