SUSPICIOUS: the skill is internally consistent and uses legitimate tools, but it equips an AI agent with high-risk security/forensics capabilities including live capture, credential discovery, and file extraction from traffic. This is not malware and shows little supply-chain concern, yet it remains a high-risk skill because offensive-capable network analysis tooling should not be broadly delegated to an autonomous agent.
