SWAI Platform Help

Helps the user with SWAI.ai platform questions — from AI campaign setup and landing page building through chat widget configuration, CRM management, email automation, content creation, white-label setup, and analytics.

Step 1 — Gather context

Ask the user:

  1. What area of SWAI do you need help with?

    • A) Campaigns — setting goals, launching AI-driven campaigns
    • B) Landing pages — building, customizing, adding forms
    • C) AI chat widget — lead capture, configuration
    • D) CRM — contact management, tagging, segmentation
    • E) Email automation — sequences, broadcasts, triggers
    • F) AI assistants — sales, support, lead gen, appointment scheduling
    • G) Content tools — AI content creation, optimization
    • H) White-label — partner program setup, branding
    • I) Analytics — campaign performance, optimization
    • J) Integrations — Google, Facebook, Cal.com, third-party tools
    • K) Something else — describe it
  2. What's your role?

    • A) Agency owner / partner
    • B) Marketing manager
    • C) Sales rep / founder
    • D) Developer / technical
    • E) Other
  3. What plan are you on?

    • A) Starter (£249/mo)
    • B) Growth (mid-tier)
    • C) Elite (£697/mo)
    • D) Free trial
    • E) Not sure

If the user's request already provides most of this context, skip directly to the relevant step. Lead with your best-effort answer using reasonable assumptions (stated explicitly), then ask only the most critical 1-2 clarifying questions at the end.

Step 2 — Route or answer directly

If the request maps to a specialized skill, route:

  • Funnel strategy / conversion optimization → /sales-funnel
  • Email marketing strategy (not SWAI-specific) → /sales-email-marketing
  • Chatbot flow design → /sales-chatbot
  • Live chat strategy → /sales-live-chat
  • Deliverability / SPF/DKIM → /sales-deliverability
  • Tool integration architecture → /sales-integration

Otherwise, answer directly from platform knowledge below.

Step 3 — SWAI platform reference

Core concept: Goal-driven campaigns

SWAI's differentiator is autonomous campaign execution. You set a goal in plain English — "I need more qualified leads", "I want to launch a webinar", "I want to sell my new service" — and SWAI builds, runs, and optimizes the entire funnel.

How it works:

  1. Set a goal — describe what you want in natural language
  2. SWAI plans — AI creates a campaign strategy, selects channels, builds assets
  3. SWAI executes — landing pages, emails, ads, chat — deployed automatically
  4. SWAI optimizes — continuous A/B testing and performance tuning

Landing pages

SWAI recently rebuilt its landing page experience (no longer uses a third-party builder):

  • Fully customizable — real control over design, content, and layout
  • Custom forms powered by AI agents — forms that qualify and route leads intelligently
  • Script injection — add tracking pixels, custom JavaScript, advanced features
  • Brand-tailored — AI generates pages matched to each brand's identity
  • No coding required — visual builder for non-technical users

AI chat widget

  • Website embed — add AI-powered chat to any website for lead capture
  • AI-driven conversations — handles initial qualification, answers FAQs, captures contact info
  • Appointment scheduling — integrates with Cal.com for booking meetings directly from chat
  • 24/7 availability — AI handles conversations when team is offline

CRM

  • Contact management — track contacts through the customer journey
  • AI tagging — automatic contact categorization based on behavior and engagement (full AI tagging on Elite plan)
  • Segmentation — filter and target contacts by attributes and behavior
  • Contact limits — vary by plan (unlimited on Elite)

Email marketing

  • AI-generated campaigns — SWAI creates email content, subject lines, and send schedules
  • Automation — trigger-based sequences (welcome, nurture, re-engagement)
  • Personalization — dynamic content based on contact data and behavior
  • Part of the autonomous system — email campaigns are coordinated with landing pages, chat, and ads as part of the overall goal

AI assistants

SWAI provides AI assistants for multiple business functions:

  • Sales assistant — engages prospects, qualifies leads, handles objections
  • Customer service — answers support questions, routes complex issues
  • Lead generation — identifies and captures new prospects
  • Nurturing — maintains engagement with leads over time
  • Appointment scheduling — books meetings via Cal.com integration

Content creation

  • AI content generation — create marketing copy, social posts, and campaign assets
  • Content optimization — AI improves existing content for engagement and conversion
  • Multi-format — text, images, and campaign assets

White-label partner program

SWAI offers a white-label program for agencies and service providers:

  • Branded experience — your logo, colors, domain
  • Client management — manage multiple client accounts from one dashboard
  • Private community access — partner community for support and networking
  • White glove onboarding — dedicated setup assistance
  • 24/7 support — round-the-clock partner support
  • Monthly strategy sessions — available on higher tiers

Analytics

  • Campaign performance — track results across all channels (email, landing pages, chat, ads)
  • Continuous optimization — AI identifies underperforming elements and suggests or makes changes
  • Revenue attribution — connect campaign activity to revenue outcomes

Integrations

  • Google Marketing — Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager
  • Facebook — Facebook Pixel, Facebook Ads
  • Cal.com — appointment scheduling and booking
  • Rewardful — affiliate and referral program management
  • Trackdesk — analytics and user behavior tracking

Step 4 — Actionable guidance

Based on the user's specific question:

  1. Step-by-step instructions — walk through the task in SWAI
  2. Configuration tips — specific settings and options to optimize
  3. Common pitfalls — what can go wrong and how to avoid it
  4. Verification — how to confirm the setup is working

Gotchas

Best-effort from research — review these, especially items about plan-gated features and integration gotchas that may be outdated.

  • Don't expect full control on lower plans. AI tagging, unlimited contacts, and dedicated support are gated to higher tiers. Ask about the user's plan before recommending features.
  • SWAI is not a traditional marketing tool. Users coming from Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign expect manual campaign builders. SWAI's value is autonomous execution — setting goals and letting AI handle the rest. Fighting the autonomous approach reduces value.
  • Landing page builder was recently rebuilt. If the user references third-party landing page issues or old workflows, note that SWAI now generates pages natively with full customization.
  • No public API documented. As of research, SWAI does not have public API documentation. Users needing programmatic access should contact SWAI support.
  • Integrations are limited compared to mature platforms. SWAI integrates with Google, Facebook, Cal.com, and Rewardful — but doesn't have native CRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot) or Zapier. Users needing complex integrations may need to combine SWAI with other tools.

Troubleshooting

Campaign not generating results

Symptom: AI campaign is running but not producing leads or conversions Cause: Goal may be too vague, target audience not well-defined, or insufficient optimization time Solution: Refine the goal with more specific language (include target audience, desired action, and timeline). Check that landing pages and chat widget are receiving traffic. Allow at least 1-2 weeks for AI optimization to take effect.

Landing page forms not capturing leads

Symptom: Page gets traffic but form submissions are low Cause: Form is too long, AI agent questions are unclear, or page design doesn't drive action Solution: Reduce form fields to essentials (name, email, key qualifier). Review AI agent conversation flow for clarity. Ensure the page has a clear value proposition above the fold.

Chat widget not appearing on website

Symptom: Widget installed but doesn't show on the site Cause: Script not properly embedded, caching issue, or content security policy blocking Solution: Verify the embed script is in the page's <head> or <body>. Clear site cache and CDN cache. Check browser console for CSP errors — add SWAI's domain to your CSP allow list. Test in incognito mode to rule out ad blockers.
