The skill is specifically designed to manage In-App Purchases (IAPs) via the asc CLI: it can create purchasable products, set price points/pricing (asc iap prices set --iap-id ... --price-point-id ...), and submit IAPs for review. These are explicit monetization controls (creating products and changing prices), not generic tooling. Therefore it grants direct financial execution authority over app monetization.
