The skill includes Dockerfile/installation commands that run curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.40.1/install.sh | bash (and similar https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.40.3/install.sh) which fetch and execute remote scripts at build/runtime, so the external URLs directly execute code and are required for the installation flow.
