The skill’s API workflows explicitly retrieve user-generated recordings and transcriptions (e.g., GET /texml/Accounts/{account_sid}/Transcriptions.json and recording endpoints) and also causes Telnyx to fetch TeXML from arbitrary XML Request/voice_url endpoints ("Telnyx will request TeXML from the XML Request URL..."), so untrusted third-party content is ingested and can materially influence call behavior and subsequent actions.
