The skill's Step 1 orders a runtime "WebFetch" of the WorkOS docs and requires you to "follow the documentation" if it conflicts (e.g. https://workos.com/docs/domain-verification/index and https://workos.com/docs/domain-verification/api), so external content fetched at runtime can directly control the agent's instructions and is a blocking dependency.
