Mean Channel Price = Average of all channel prices
Deviation Score = (Channel Price − Mean) / Mean × 100

Step 3: Cannibalization Quantification
Measure actual cross-channel volume transfer:

- Quantify every conflict in dollars — qualitative assessments alone don't drive action
