Methodology
Step 1: Current Pricing Landscape Assessment
Map the complete pricing architecture:

Price-Volume-Profit Triangle: Every pricing decision involves trade-offs among three dimensions. Visualize the trade-off:

- Always model a range of elasticities, not a single point estimate
