It provides a cohesive, well-scoped set of features (OpenTelemetry, health checks, service discovery, HTTP resilience) and uses standard, trusted package sources. Data flows are appropriate for observability and internal health management, with the only notable consideration being the exposure of telemetry data to an OTLP endpoint, which is expected but should be managed via proper data governance and endpoint security. Overall, the footprint is benign and proportionate to its described aim.
