💡 WHY THIS MATTERS
From failure analysis:
- "I don't believe you" - trust broken with user
- Undefined functions shipped - would crash in production
- Missing requirements shipped - incomplete features
- Time wasted: false completion → redirect → rework Core principle: Honesty is non-negotiable. Unverified claims are lies.
