• Attempt to modify system services in skill instructions detected (high risk: 0.80). The skill includes an explicit persistent auto-trigger (a launchd plist written into the user's filesystem) and scripts/health-checks that cause the agent to modify the host and maintain autonomous execution, creating persistence on the machine even though it does not request sudo or system-wide config changes.
