the user has given you an idea for a new project, you need to be organised to be able to realise this project
background agents are preferred throughout if you can so the user can still interact with you !
the goal is to complete the project, not to perform process for its own sake.
grill the user
use the grilling skill to ask the user relevant questions about the project, close loopholes and make sure to be thorough without being dumb (do not ask obvious questions just to ask questions !) ! be intentful !
the goal is to understand what needs to be built and close the important unknowns, not to interrogate the user about implementation details that can be safely determined later.
make sure to account for new usage (API, CLI/MCP for AI, etc.) when questioning, these can be things the user does not think about but are important nowadays !
do not assume that every possible surface needs to be built. determine whether the project needs to support or expose them.
