Collect written reviews, not star-only ratings, and turn them into traceable product insight. The skill has four modes:

1. Collect: ASIN or product URL -> raw captures, status, and canonical review JSON.
2. Deliver: canonical JSON -> batch workbook, lean single-sheet workbook, CSV, and retained media URLs.
3. Analyze: supplied review files or collected reviews -> Chinese summaries, faithful translations, primary issue/benefit attribution, TOP themes, compatibility signals, and a single-file HTML report.
4. VOC bridge: Amazon evidence -> need-based themes, competitor weak points, switching triggers, and validation hypotheses. Cross-platform sources remain the responsibility of voice-of-customer-miner.

This is an evidence-backed product-research workflow, not a guarantee of complete coverage, actual defect rate, customer population share, or causal truth.

Implementation Basis And Dependencies

The workflow relies on the bundled Python collectors and validators, public review pages or authorized connectors, a canonical UTF-8 review schema, and model-assisted semantic analysis. It is feasible when the target ASIN can be identified, the requested marketplace is accessible, and the user authorizes any external collection that is not already available in supplied files.
