The code implements conventional password hashing and JWT authentication and contains no evident malware, data theft, persistence, command execution, or suspicious network activity. However, the predictable fallback signing key is a significant deployment security weakness, and the admin dependency does not enforce authorization. The missing Optional import may prevent the module from loading. A strong mandatory SECRET_KEY, explicit role validation, and the missing import should be addressed.
