• Attempt to modify system services in skill instructions detected (high risk: 0.90). The skill explicitly defaults to launching child agents with flags like --dangerously-skip-permissions and --dangerously-bypass-approvals-and-sandbox and automates sending arbitrary commands to another pane, which amounts to instructing the agent to bypass security/sandboxing and can enable host-state changes even though it doesn't directly call sudo or create users.
