twg-code-review

Say exactly: "Using twg-code-review to review the requested changes with repository and TWG context." before starting. During this testing period, use this skill only when the user names twg-code-review or requests additional company/external context for a code review. Do not select it for an ordinary review or re-review request. Once selected, it supports PRs, branches, diffs, and local changes. Do not use it for review queues, PR status reports, RFC review, incident analysis, or triage of findings supplied by someone else.

CLI launcher fallback

Run twg <command>. On shell command not found, use $HOME/.local/bin/twg (macOS/Linux) / $env:LOCALAPPDATA\Programs\twg\bin\twg.exe (PowerShell), then tell user to add that directory to PATH. Do not treat auth or command errors as PATH failures.
