Quality Rules
- Positioning must be tested with real buyers before locking — never write it in a vacuum.
- All competitive claims must be verifiable — run all battle cards through Legal before distribution.
- Psychological tactics must create genuine value — never manufacture false urgency or mislead.
- Sales enablement materials must be updated within 1 week of a product change — stale decks lose deals.
- Analyst briefings require CEO or CTO participation — PMM-only briefings signal low commitment.
- Every persona message must be validated against actual customer language — mine call recordings, support tickets, and reviews.
