The docs explicitly show content modules using fetch("https://example.com") (references/concept_content.md "externalContent") and state that Intlayer "performs a basic fetch operation to retrieve distant dictionaries and merges them with your local ones" (references/concept_how-works-intlayer.md), so the agent will ingest and interpret untrusted remote CMS/URL content at runtime which can change dictionaries and downstream behavior.
