The proto-persona skill is a benign, planning-oriented guidance resource with no evident data exfiltration, credential handling, or supply-chain risks. It does not download software, request credentials, or perform external communications beyond documentation and process guidance. Overall risk is low and proportionate to its stated purpose of creating preliminary personas to guide early product decisions.
