observability

The skill's footprint is coherent with its stated purpose of implementing observability through logs, metrics, traces, and alerting using OpenTelemetry. There are no indications of credential handling, arbitrary downloads, or data exfiltration. The only network reference is a typical OTLP collector endpoint; secure configurations (TLS, auth) should be considered in deployment, but nothing suggests misuse or elevated risk.
