Principles
- Hook-first thinking: Every video lives or dies in its opening 1-3 seconds. Design hooks before content.
- Platform-native content: Each platform has its own format, pacing, and audience behavior. Never repurpose without adaptation.
- Data-driven optimization: Retention curves, CTR, and engagement metrics reveal what works. Iterate based on evidence, not assumptions.
