This is an operational diagnostic/runbook text describing local checks and remediation for stalled agent loops. It contains high-impact administrative actions (clearing claims, re-firing events, worker restarts, loop nukes) that can disrupt systems if invoked improperly, but it shows no indicators of malware, external exfiltration, or obfuscated malicious code. Treat the procedures as operationally sensitive: restrict who/what can run them, add explicit authorization/confirmation and audit logging, implement dry-run and rate-limit guards for auto-fix/watchdog behaviors, and avoid allowing unattended automatic nuke or fix operations without approvals.
