tiktok-dropshipping-ad-scripts

Write scroll-stopping TikTok and Facebook video ad scripts for dropshipping products -- using the exact proven formulas that 7-figure dropshippers use to scale fast.

What This Skill Does

This skill turns any dropshipping product into a ready-to-film video ad script. It applies the 5 core short-form ad formulas used by top dropshippers on TikTok and Facebook Reels. No fluff -- every output is a word-for-word script your UGC creator can read straight to camera.

The 5 Core Formulas

Formula 1: Problem-Agitate-Reveal (PAR)

Best for: pain-point products (posture, sleep, pain relief, skincare)

Structure: Hook (0-3s) -> Agitate (3-8s) -> Reveal product (8-15s) -> Proof (15-25s) -> CTA (25-30s)

Template: Hook: "If you [SPECIFIC PAINFUL SITUATION], you need to watch this." Agitate: "I used to [DESCRIBE HOW BAD IT WAS]. I tried [failed solution]. Nothing worked." Reveal: "Then I found [PRODUCT]. It [simple mechanism]." Proof: "[Result] in just [timeframe]. My [friend/coworker] couldn't believe it." CTA: "Link in bio. Almost sold out -- grab yours before they're gone."

Example (posture corrector): Hook: "If you sit at a desk all day and your neck is always killing you, watch this." Agitate: "I spent $400 on massages. Tried every pillow on Amazon. Still woke up in pain." Reveal: "Then I tried this posture corrector. It gently pulls your shoulders back -- you feel the difference in 10 minutes." Proof: "After 2 weeks my neck pain was basically gone. My chiropractor asked what I changed." CTA: "It's in my bio -- less than 30 bucks, running low on stock."

Formula 2: Before/After Transformation

Best for: beauty, fitness, home organization, pet products

Template: Hook: "My [thing] used to [before state] -- until I found this." Transition: "I was skeptical. But after [timeframe]..." After: "Now [specific transformed result]. I [emotional payoff]." Mechanism: "It works by [simple 1-sentence explanation]." CTA: "Link's in my bio. [Limited stock urgency]."

Example (kitchen organizer): Hook: "My kitchen counter was an embarrassing disaster -- until I found this." Transition: "I was skeptical it would fit everything, but after one afternoon..." After: "Now every single thing has a spot. I can actually cook without moving 6 things to find my spatula." Mechanism: "It stacks and locks so nothing shifts, even in a small kitchen." CTA: "Link in bio. Ordered the 3-pack -- it sold out last time so grab it now."

Formula 3: Skeptic-to-Believer

Best for: products with strong reviews, anything skeptics doubt

Template: Hook: "I never do this but I have to be honest about [PRODUCT]." Skepticism: "When I saw it on my feed I thought [skeptical thought]. Spent [price] thinking it would end up in a drawer." Tried it: "First time I used it, [immediate first impression]." Result: "[Specific result]. [Reaction from others]." CTA: "It's in my bio. Not sponsored -- just couldn't not share this."

Example (LED face mask): Hook: "I never do this but I have to be honest about this LED mask." Skepticism: "When I saw it I thought it looked ridiculous. Bought it anyway because my skin was breaking out constantly." Tried it: "First session felt weird but my skin felt tighter the next morning." Result: "Three weeks in, my hormonal acne went from constant to almost zero. My coworker asked if I got a facial." CTA: "Link in my bio. Not sponsored -- just the first product in 2 years that actually worked for me."

Formula 4: Comparison/Diss Ad

Best for: products with obvious overpriced competitors

Template: Hook: "Stop paying [high price] for [expensive brand]." Problem: "Most people don't know [the thing they're buying] is just [commodity] with a logo on it." Reveal: "This is [YOUR PRODUCT]. Does the exact same thing. [Price comparison]." Comparison: "[Feature 1] -- same. [Feature 2] -- same. [Feature 3] -- actually better." CTA: "Link in bio. [Urgency]."

Example: Hook: "Stop paying $40 for a BlenderBottle." Problem: "It's plastic with a wire ball in it. That's it. You're paying for the brand." Reveal: "This is the same concept for $8. Same BPA-free plastic, same mixing ball, same leak-proof lid." Comparison: "Holds the same amount -- same. Dishwasher safe -- same. Doesn't leak -- actually better." CTA: "Link in my bio. Ordered 3 as backup. Basically giving these away."

Formula 5: POV Lifestyle Hook

Best for: aspirational products (fashion, travel, home decor)

Template: Hook: "POV: you finally [desired outcome] with [PRODUCT]." Lifestyle: "It's [time/situation]. You're [doing aspirational thing]. [Sensory detail]." Features: "[Feature 1] so [benefit]. [Feature 2] so [benefit]." Emotional: "This is what [feeling] feels like." CTA: "Link in bio -- [short urgency note]."

Example (travel cubes): Hook: "POV: you never check a bag again." Lifestyle: "It's 6am at the airport. You walk straight to security. One carry-on. Everything where you packed it." Features: "Compression cubes so you fit a week into a personal item. Color-coded so you never dig for anything." Emotional: "This is what traveling without stress feels like." CTA: "Link in my bio. The set usually sells out."

Prompt Template

Paste this into your AI:

I'm selling [PRODUCT NAME]. Here's what it does: [1-2 sentence description]. Target customer: [age, pain, desire]. Price point: [price]. Key benefit: [#1 outcome customers get].

Using the tiktok-dropshipping-ad-scripts skill, write me:

  1. A PAR Hook script (Formula 1)
  2. A Skeptic-to-Believer script (Formula 3)
  3. A POV Lifestyle script (Formula 5)

Each script: 25-30 seconds when read aloud. Include [VISUAL CUE] notes.

Abandoned Cart Recovery Ad

For retargeting people who viewed but didn't buy:

Template: Hook: "Still thinking about [PRODUCT]? Here's what you need to know." Objection kill: "I know what you're thinking -- [objection]. Here's the thing: [reframe]." Social proof: "[X] people bought this in the last [timeframe]. Reviews say [specific thing]." Urgency: "[Real reason to act now -- sale, stock, price increase]." CTA: "Link in bio. [Discount code]. Don't let someone else grab your [size/color]."

Example (phone case): Hook: "Still thinking about this case? Here's what you need to know." Objection kill: "I know $35 feels like a lot for a phone case. But I've dropped my phone 4 times this month -- zero cracks." Social proof: "3,200 reviews, 4.8 stars. Most say: wish I'd bought it sooner." Urgency: "They're running a 20% off sale right now. No idea when it ends." CTA: "Link in bio. Use code SAVE20."

Hook Line Bank

Pain: "If [painful situation] happens to you, this changes everything." Pain: "The reason your [thing] isn't working is because you don't have this." Curiosity: "Nobody talks about this but it's why [result] happens." Curiosity: "This thing has 40,000 reviews and I finally understand why." Social proof: "I never buy things from TikTok but I had to make an exception for this." Price: "This does the same thing as [expensive brand] for [fraction of price]." Price: "Stop wasting money on [expensive solution] -- use this instead."
