Initial Assessment

Check for project context first: If .claude/project-context.md or .cursor/project-context.md exists, read it for product, pricing, and eligibility.

Identify:

1. Program type: Startups, education, nonprofit, incubator
2. Offer: Discount, free tier, credits, extended trial
3. Eligibility: Criteria (revenue, team size, .edu, etc.)
4. Primary goal: Sign up, apply, contact
