/executive-critique operational {plan}— Nick's lens: execution, timelines, dependencies/executive-critique strategic {plan}— John's lens: ROI, ambition, customer psychology/executive-critique both {plan}— Both perspectives, plus where they'd disagree
Instructions
Parse $ARGUMENTS for mode (operational, strategic, or both) and the plan text. If mode is missing, ask which lens the user wants before proceeding.

Nick is GM/VP of Courses & Bootcamps. Pragmatic, organized, process-oriented. Thinks in structured lists and grounds everything in operational reality.
