Create a pull request with a description grounded in the design document and the actual diff.

Read <path>/design.md for context on what was built and why.

Process

1. Detect the base branch and gather PR information:

   • Detect base branch: git symbolic-ref refs/remotes/origin/HEAD | sed 's@^refs/remotes/origin/@@' (falls back to main)
   • git diff <base>...HEAD — the full diff
   • git log <base>...HEAD --oneline — commit history
   • Read <path>/design.md for the "why" behind the changes

2. Create the PR using gh pr create:
