A skill named in bold or in backticks, or run as /<name>, in these files is the file ../<name>/SKILL.md beside this skill's directory, and a principle named without its prefix is ../principle-<name>/SKILL.md. Read the file and follow it. Most pstack skills are user-only, so your skill tool cannot load them. This skill's directory is the one your harness gave when it loaded this file (Claude Code prints Base directory for this skill, Codex attaches the skill's <path>), else ~/.claude/skills/poteto-mode/ on Claude Code and ~/.agents/skills/poteto-mode/ on Codex. Playbooks, references and scripts resolve from that directory.
